Concrete cracking is normal and inevitable. Over time, the house and the ground it sits on settles causing the concrete to eventually crack. As long as the shift in the concrete is not enough to create a tripping hazard, its not much more than cosmetic. It can be sealed with caulking or a more long lasting fix would be a two part epoxy. Both of which can be found at your local home improvement store.
